Leveraging technology and active learning strategies, we have transformed traditional teaching paradigms to create dynamic and interactive learning environments. Through flipped classrooms, case-based learning, and experiential projects, we have empowered students to actively engage with course materials and apply theoretical concepts to practical scenarios.

We have mentor-mentee relationship between students and faculty. Teachers act as guardian teachers for the students. Every fifteen days meetings are organized to get to know them and also motivate and guide them towards academic and professional success. As a mentor and academic leader, we are mentoring students and early-career professionals. Whether through one-on-one mentoring sessions, student organizations, or collaborative research projects, we are passionate about nurturing the next generation of leaders.

The institute is approved as the host institute by MSME on 3rd Jan 2024. The institute has good infrastructure with computer and internet facilities, laboratory facilities with equipment and also knowledgeable faculties who act as mentors for them. We organize activities so that the students of various pharmacy colleges and interdisciplinary colleges come and share their ideas and develop innovative ideas and designs. As in nearby institutions, there is no incubation center, we are the facilitator for the same for pharmacy as well as allied branches.

The institute has signed an MOU with the Chhattisgarh Council of Science and Technology Raipur, CIPET Raipur, and Pt RSU Raipur, which help us in research, training students, and awareness workshops related to startups, incubation, and IPR activities, especially patents.

Engaging in scholarly publication provides educators and professionals with opportunities for personal and professional grow mb-3th. We encourage students and faculties for conducting research, writing, and peer review; individuals enhance their critical thinking,  communication, and problem-solving skills, ultimately becoming more effective educators and practitioners.

Patents provide legal protection for original inventions and innovations, ensuring that the creators have exclusive rights to their intellectual property. The Institute has a patent cell to help students and faculties with patents. We have three utility patents granted and five design patents by our faculties and students.

Publishing in respected journals and presenting at prestigious conferences lead to recognition and visibility within the professional education community. It can elevate individuals reputations, increase their influence, and open doors to new opportunities for collaboration,  leadership, and advocacy.

Students and faculty members participate in hackathons organized by government bodies and various institutions, where they present and develop their innovative concepts and ideas. To encourage the transformation of these ideas into startups, the institute facilitates this process by hosting special lectures that provide valuable exposure and insights. These lectures are designed to inspire and guide participants on their entrepreneurial journeys, fostering a culture of innovation and startup creation.

Recognizing the importance of community engagement, we connect with industry partners, policymakers, and community stakeholders to foster collaboration and address pressing challenges facing our profession. Through outreach programs, workshops, and collaborative initiatives, we strive to promote dialogue and drive positive change.

The Institute has adopted Atari village, done a survey, and planned incubation and skill development activities with villagers. We organize health surveys, health camps, and nukkad nataks for creating health awareness and guiding common ways related to medication errors and misuse of medicines.

The Institute organizes guest lectures by renowned personalities. Special lectures in Professional education serves as a valuable opportunity to enhance learning, share expertise, and foster intellectual exchange among students, faculty, and industry professionals. Special lectures provide a platform to explore cutting-edge topics, emerging trends, and interdisciplinary connections that may not be covered in-depth in standard course offerings. Sports play a multifaceted and significant role in professional education, impacting various aspects of personal development, academic success, and overall well-being. Students are promoted to actively participate in local, state, and national sports tournaments.
